Ending your day cooking up dinner is a great way to close the day, and enter into the evening. This Tajin Chicken Sandwich (don’t worry- it’s got tang and isn’t too toasty!) is something to look forward. The chicken hangs out in the fridge over night, soakin up all that flavor and is ready to greet you with some tenderness when you get home!
