Caring for our mental health and wellness doesn’t have to mean adding new routines to our life. Join us virtually on Saturday morning for a cup of coffee or tea. Together we’ll walk through the process of starting our day using grounding techniques that care for our brain.
Participants are welcome to keep their camera off and listen, or join in for meaningful ‘coffee conversation’ with others.

*Please note While we will be using researched backed techniques to care for our mental wellness, this is not a therapy session.
